Dr. Howard R. Dixon received a
DDS degree from Marquette University in 1968. He continued his studies
at Marquette and in 1970 received a Masters Degree in Clinical Dentistry
and a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dixon was awarded
Diplomate Honors by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in
1978. He has served as Chairman and member of the American Academy
of Pediatric Dentistry's Dental Care Committee. Currently he is
on the board for the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and
an Assistant Clinical Professor at both UCLA’s Pediatric Dental
Residency Program and UCSD Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Howard Dixon started the San
Diego Pediatric Dental Group in 1970, and is proud to have treated
the children of San Diego for over 35 years. He and his wife Donna have been residents of Coronado since 2006.
Dr. Dixon is thrilled to be able to practice with
his sons and daughter in law. His daughter,
Leigh Dixon,is also a dentist practicing in Seattle with her husband Will Kenner DDS. Dr. Dixon enjoys traveling with
his beautiful wife, as well as spending time with his five children
and seven grandchildren.
